Town of Huntington Beautification Awards Nomination Form

The Beautification Advisory Council was created in 1969 to help maintain and expand upon the natural beauty and appearance of the Town of Huntington. 

Properties, that have curb-appeal may be nominated for a Beautification Advisory Council Award, which will be presented at an annual award’s ceremony at Town Hall.

Guidelines for submission of candidates: Any person may submit a candidate for consideration by the Council for an award. The area for consideration must be visible from the street and may be designed either by a professional landscaper or by the occupant. The candidate can be a business, private home, public art, or other sites that enhance the Town. Up to five photos and the form need to be submitted by mail or email no later than July 1, 2023, for consideration for the 2023 Awards.

Please note that home and commercial renovations must be visible from the street and three before and three after photos are required. Please email the Council at beautification@huntingtonny.gov., should you have any further questions.

Mailed submissions should be sent to Beautification Advisory Council, Town of Huntington, Planning Dept. (Room 212), 100 Main Street, Huntington, NY 11743. Please label the back of photos with your name and the property address.
